The marketing Coordinator will be mainly a support function for Marketing Department operations including different aspects that became a major part of the department's daily operations while working closely with the whole team to gradually gain experience and exposure on all marketing, CRM, and product aspects.
• Monitoring and tracking marketing budget & expenses.
• Coordinating marketing communication with finance department and approvals when required.
• Uploading marketing expenses on finance system e-request.
• Obtaining and evaluating competitive quotations when needed.
• Ensuring marketing spend is fully aligned with compliance guidelines.
• Coordinating between the marketing team in major projects that involve more than one team member, such as big events or campaigns.
• Preparing presentations and reports when needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
