Maintenance Intern

Our company is currently offering a Maintenance Intern opportunity at Jotun Paints Factory, and we are seeking a talented and motivated individuals who are interested in gaining practical experience for Three months.

During the internship, the selected candidate will assist with the following responsibilities:

Processing of all work orders.
Report all the data and information into each work order to maintain machine history.
Help set up operator driven maintenance and develop power apps for the same.
Create part codes for new spare items with all the required details.
Provide inputs for continuous improvement and help streamline JOS and GOP requirements.
Support Maintenance Manager for reviewing maintenance plans.
Support critical spares assessment.
Implementation of mobile app work order system.
Managing stock inventory, ordering non-stock inventory.
Purchasing maintenance items.
Handling scheduling of preventative maintenance Items.
Assisting maintenance technicians with part sourcing.
Tracking downtime of critical equipment.
Picking up parts from local suppliers when needed.
Creating new assets/equipment in IFS and tagging them for identification.
Managing spare parts/consumable items used by maintenance technicians.

This position is opened for engineering bachelor alumni who have graduated from 2020 onwards.
Interest in Maintenance.
Strong English communication skills.
