Graduate Development Programme

The Graduate Development Program is a one-year program that provides opportunities for... Developed for Qataris and children of Qatari women who have recently completed a bachelor’s degree. The program provides the chance of developing in the field of flying and assisting them on the acquisition of skills, competencies and behaviors that are required to take over the higher administrative roles in limited departments after a year of development through the group of diameter air lines .

Minimum requirements:
You must be of Qatari nationality or a child of Qatari women.
The age must range between 20 to 28 years
You must have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an institution accredited by the Supreme Education Council - Institute of Higher Education.
The cumulative GPA must be 2.5 or higher.
Must have a Certificate of Good Conduct (CID).
