Description

1.Assist in the shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer letter management and visa management of selected candidates. 2.Coordinate with the divisions and relevant support functions (administration, IT) on the on-boarding process of the final selected candidates. 3.Assist the HR manager and the Learning & Development Function on the administration of Learning & development activities, including nominations to training programs, post training follow up, attendance and records keeping. 4.Assist the HR Manager on the administration of the Performance management cycle, including Probationary Reviews, Mid-Year Reviews and Annual Performance reviews. 5.Assist the HR manager and divisional Employee Engagement committees in the planning and execution of the annual Employee Engagement calendar. 6.Coordinate with the division and relevant support functions on the exit management of employee. 7.Provide support on periodic HR related reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

a. Bachelors with a Certification in Human Resources with 0 to 2 years of experience or to offset certifications at least 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR/Administration Officer. b. Proficient on MS Office tools including word, PowerPoint and Excel. Candidates with medium to high level proficiency on Excel will be an ideal fit. c. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. d.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills e.Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude f.Strong ethics and reliability
