The AI Business will serve as a liaison between the AI development teams and business units across the organization. Requirements & Qualifications


  1. stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, technical and operational units across OpCos and OG to identify opportunities for AI solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Ensure alignment of technical AI solutions with overarching business objectives.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business and technical teams to define AI project requirements, ensuring that the scope is aligned with business needs and expectations and that the AI project scope is feasible and optimized for technical implementation.
  3. Business Case Development: Develop business cases and ROI analyses for AI projects, justifying investments in AI initiatives and tracking performance metrics post-implementation.
  4. AI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the overall business strategy. Ensure that AI projects contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence.
  5. Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.
  6. Champion AI Adoption: Act as the internal advocate for AI solutions, driving organizational awareness and buy-in for AI initiatives. Provide leadership in change management, helping business units adopt AI technologies.
  7. Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor AI strategies, and emerging AI technologies. Leverage insights to identify potential new AI use cases for the business.
  8. Communication: Ensure clear communication between technical teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists) and business stakeholders to align expectations and project deliverables.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to track the performance of AI models in production, ensuring they continue to meet business goals and provide actionable insights.


Experience

  1. 5+ years of experience in a business/technical analysis or similar role within a technology-driven organization.
  2. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their potential business applications.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Proven track record of managing AI or data-driven projects that have delivered measurable business value.
  5. Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Experience working in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  3. Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms.
  4. Fluency in Arabic or French is a plus

  2. Project Management: Experience managing AI projects using Agile methodologies.
