Description

Sales Generation: Actively seek new customers and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing channels.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends. Provide detailed product information to customers.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their requirements, offer solutions, and guide them through the selection process.

Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and trade-ins with customers to close sales.

Demonstrations: Arrange and conduct test drives, and showcase vehicle features and benefits.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.

Documentation: Prepare and manage all sales documentation, including sales contracts, financing options, and registration paperwork.

Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and obtain referrals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and service teams to provide customers with financing options and after-sales support.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in automobile sales, retail, or a customer service role is a plus.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automobile models, features, and industry trends.

Customer Service: A customer-first attitude with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing.

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
