



Fleet Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in coordinating and scheduling vehicle usage, ensuring that the fleet is efficiently allocated for daily operations.
Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs: Track and schedule routine maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles. Ensure that all maintenance records are updated regularly.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities including fuel consumption, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Generate and review performance reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory for fleet-related supplies such as fuel, parts, and vehicle accessories.
Driver Coordination: Communicate with drivers to ensure they are informed about vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and any relevant updates.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fleet operations comply with safety regulations, and government policies related to fleet management, vehicle inspections, and drivers’ hours of service.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Update and maintain fleet management software and databases with vehicle information, maintenance history, and any relevant operational details.
Fleet Optimization: Assist with data analysis to improve fleet efficiency, fuel economy, and operational costs.
Experience in fleet management or a similar administrative support role preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and fleet management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
