



Concept- The primary function of a Credit Analysis is to analyse new and existing submitted credit applications from creditors and coordinate the whole process of credit deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse customer financial condition and authorize customer credit lines – bank statement, credit bureau reports.
- Reviews of credit applications to ensure complete documentation and prepare credit application requests to be reviewed and analyze by the Credit Manager.
- Assess credit risk and establish credit recommendations, Maintain accurate credit files.
- Prepare contracts and documentation of credit deals.
- Helping to updates the Credit Department Master list for all in-house credit deals and activities. Updates and monitors the Credit deals which are invoiced or kept pending.
- Tracking credit application deals in terms of progress and updates concerned parties. And doing follow up and call salesman with pending credit deals with incomplete requirements of their respective credit deals.
- Organize email correspondence, answer emails and other inquiries from other parties.
- Update and maintain the Dropbox system, maintain office filing and storage system.
- Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as directed and required by the managers in the Credit Department.
