



The HR Generalist is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered to perform at their best. The mission of the HR Generalist is to contribute to organizational success by implementing and supporting human resources strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent. This includes hands-on involvement in recruitment, onboarding, performance coordination, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and internal policies. The HR Generalist plays a key role in promoting a culture of fairness, development, and compliance across the organization.
Language Proficiency – Arabic and English (Preferable) Must be fluent in both Arabic and English—written and spoken. This is essential for clear communication with employees, writing policies, translating official documents, and engaging effectively with local stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field A relevant academic foundation ensures the candidate understands core HR principles and practices. 2–4 Years minimum of Relevant HR Experience Prior experience in generalist HR roles, particularly in dynamic environments, is important for managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance processes
