Position Summary:

  1. Work as a key member of the IT support team
  2. Stay up-to-date with IT procedures and policies
  3. Assist employees and customers with computer-related issues

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure hardware, OS, and software
  2. Troubleshoot system/network issues and resolve hardware/software faults
  3. Set up user accounts and profiles
  4. Log and manage helpdesk interactions through the IT service desk system
  5. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of tasks
  6. Prioritize multiple support requests and escalate urgent issues
  7. Maintain high-quality customer service and clear communication with all stakeholders
