Position Summary:
Work as a key member of the IT support team

Set up user accounts and profiles
Log and manage helpdesk interactions through the IT service desk system
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of tasks
Prioritize multiple support requests and escalate urgent issues
Maintain high-quality customer service and clear communication with all stakeholders
