



OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The HR Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources function. This role exists across all HR units—including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, People Services, and HR Business Partnering—to assist in coordinating day-to-day tasks, maintaining documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating communication between HR and business stakeholders. The role is an individual contributor with a short- to medium-term impact on process delivery and operational efficiency.
