OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB


The HR Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources function. This role exists across all HR units—including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, People Services, and HR Business Partnering—to assist in coordinating day-to-day tasks, maintaining documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating communication between HR and business stakeholders. The role is an individual contributor with a short- to medium-term impact on process delivery and operational efficiency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Support end-to-end coordination of HR-related activities within the
  2. assigned function.
  3. Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee sessions as
  4. required.
  5. Prepare and track documentations such as letters, reports, and internal
  6. memos.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems and trackers.
  8. Follow up on pending approvals, documentation, and action items with
  9. relevant stakeholders.
  10. Coordinate cross-functional communications with other departments or
  11. Business Units.
  12. Provide administrative support in audits, employee file reviews, and HR
  13. system updates.
  14. Maintain trackers and generate basic reports on status updates and key metrics.
  15. Identify inconsistencies and escalate issues where necessary.
  16. Recommend improvements in administrative workflows.
  17. Participate in HR system enhancements, testing, or new rollouts.

Requirements & Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills
  5. Familiarity with HR systems and processes
  6. High attention to detail and confidentiality
