Description

  1. Total Required: Around 60–70 volunteers
  2. Exhibition Dates: 25 September – 2 October (8 days)
  3. Training Day: 18 September (30 volunteers, split into 2 batches: 15 at 1:00 pm and 15 at 2:00 pm)
  4. Training Day: 20 September (30 volunteers, split into 2 batches: 15 at 1:00 pm and 15 at 2:00 pm)
  5. Working Hours: 9:30 am – 10:00 pm, divided into 2 shifts of 6 and half hours each (morning and evening)
  6. Duties: Exhibition support, assistance with designers, and general event operations
  7. Recognition: Certificates of participation + food vouchers
