Position:  IT Trainee (Qatarization)

Department:  Information Technology

Direct Supervisor: Head of Information Technology



Job Summary:

The role is an exciting entry–level opportunity for a recent fresh Graduate with a strong foundation in IT and a desire to grow in the field. As an IT Trainee, you will receive hands–on experience in technical support and systems administration, building your career in Hassad Food Company, a subsidiary of Qatar Investment Authority.


Main Responsibilities:


·Provide first-level technical support across systems and networks.

·Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.

·Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software.

·Collaborate with senior engineers and IT staff in daily operations and projects.

·Document resolutions and maintain IT knowledge base.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:


Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT, (Cybersecurity concentration preferred).

Fresh graduate or trainee-level candidate.

Communication skills: fluency in both English and Arabic.


Educational background should include:

Networking, Operating systems, Security protocols, Databases and Programming languages
