



Job Description:
The main purpose of this role is to manage administrative and documentation tasks, including filling forms, preparing reports, drafting official correspondence, and supporting the preparation of event programs and protocol-related paperwork.
The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all back-office activities are handled in a timely, professional, and protocol-compliant manner to support the smooth functioning of the office engagements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Education: From the College of Computing and Information Technology (or related field).
• Nationality: Open to Qatari and Non-Qatari candidates.
• Gender: Female
Required Skills:
- Excellent in Microsoft Office applications
- Dynamic and highly skilled individual able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities across multiple time zones.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with officials from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and attitudes.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in fast-paced, high-profile environments.
