About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to support the management and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate contact data, preparing reports, and contributing to the writing of official bios and country profiles to support organizational communication and engagement.


Job Description:

- Maintain and update CRM database with precise and up-to-date records of influential personalities within the art and culture industries.

- Implement strategies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the CRM database.

- Collaborate with internal teams to verify, update, and enrich profiles with pertinent information regarding individuals in art and culture sectors.

- Analyze data to ensure the quality and integrity of records while adhering to data protection regulations.

- Assist in optimizing the CRM system for efficient and effective management of high-profile contacts.

- Produce detailed reports and summaries based on CRM data for internal use and decision-making processes.

- Research and draft bios of key individuals and reports about countries, ensuring factual accuracy and appropriate tone.

- Train and support team members in CRM usage for accurate data input and maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: From the College of Computing and Information Technology (or related field).

• Nationality: Open to Qatari and Non-Qatari candidates.

• Gender: Female

• Interest: Open to anyone interested in CRM systems, data management, and digital process improvement.


Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English writing and editing abilities.

• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar data tools is an advantage.
