Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the B2B sales of our products. This role is ideal for a motivated and persuasive sales professional who understands the high-end market and has a flair for selling luxury products to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of corporate and premium clients, ensuring accurate CRM input and daily reporting of all sales-related activities.
Conduct proactive sales visits to effectively promote and sell the company’s products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant market segments.
Organize and participate in events to showcase and promote the brand’s offerings.
Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold its luxury positioning at all times.
Actively uncover, develop, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
Gather and report market feedback to support ongoing improvements in product development and sales strategies.
Conduct all business activities in full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards to protect and uphold the organization’s interests and reputation.
Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in proactive sales, preferably in luxury or gourmet products.
Proven track record in selling to corporate clients and premium accounts.
Valid Qatar driving license required.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
Familiarity with the Qatari market and corporate culture.
Background in corporate gifting, hospitality, or high-end retail.
