We are hiring high-potential fresh graduates to join us as Business Interns. This is a full-time, handson internship, not a short-term college project or summer program. You will work directly with the CEO and senior managers on real business problems and special projects across marketing, operations, customer experience, partnerships, and process improvement. This role is ideal for candidates who want real exposure, responsibility, and learning, not just observation.


What You Will Work On Depending on business needs and your strengths, you may be assigned projects in areas such as:


Marketing & Growth • Market research and analysis • Supporting digital marketing, campaigns, and content initiatives • Customer insights, surveys, and feedback analysis • Assisting with performance tracking and reports


Operations & Business Execution • Supporting operational improvement projects • Data collection, analysis, and reporting • Process documentation and SOP creation • Coordination across teams to support execution Special Projects (CEO / Leadership Driven) • Short-term strategic projects assigned by the CEO • New initiative support (launches, pilots, partnerships) • Business analysis and presentation support You will not be limited to one function — this role is designed to give you broad exposure to how a real business operates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent graduate (0–1 year experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or related fields

• Strong communication and basic analytical skills

• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working with data, documents, and presentations

• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
