Requirements & Qualifications

•            Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues with common OS like Windows.

•            Ability to work with O365 suite and development.

•            Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability.

•            Conduct IT related trainings for new hires, users and technical teams as required.

•            Ability to troubleshoot Networking issues and common hardware troubleshooting.
