The Graduate Developee role is part of our organization’s Professional Development Program, aimed at developing high-potential Qatari nationals into future leaders and subject matter experts. This position provides structured learning, practical work experience, and exposure to the organization’s operations, enabling participants to build technical, professional, and leadership competencies for long-term careers within the organization. The period of the Professionals Development Program should be between 12-24 months, subject to the “Developee’s” performance and approval of Human Capital.


Learning & Development

  1. Actively participate in structured training and on-the-job learning activities.
  2. Gain exposure to departmental processes, systems, and strategic initiatives.
  3. Complete assigned projects and tasks to develop functional expertise.
  4. Receive guidance and feedback from experienced managers and mentors throughout the program.
  5. Engage in activities that prepare you for future leadership roles within the organization.


People Management

  1. Provides real-time-constructive feedback to staff, ensuring that it will contribute to their overall personal and professional development.
  2. Encourages others to promote collaboration and demonstrates customer centric behavior. Operational Plans
  3. Participates, as required, in developing the section’s operational plans, and executes them in line with the organization’s strategy.


Driving Excellence

  1. Proposes ideas for development and optimization of internal operations within the department
  2. Provides support in updating the department policies, procedures, and controls so that all requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality service to clients.


Process and Report Management

  1. Contributes of ideas to enhance the procedures and supports the implementation of procedures and controls to ensure adherence to our regulations and standards.
  2. Ensures that reports generated are prepared in a timely and accurate manner, and that they meet our requirements and standards.
  3. Provides support while ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and meets the Department’s requirements, policies, and standards.
  4. Support the implementation of departmental strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field to the assigned department (e.g. Business Administration, Law, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance…)


Experience:

No prior experience required; internships or project work are an advantage.
