ENGINEERING & SYSTEMS – RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of hotel engineering systems, including power supply, HVAC (air conditioning), fire safety, security, monitoring, and network systems.
2. Support troubleshooting and fault identification of large-scale infrastructure systems, ensuring timely response to technical issues and minimizing downtime.
3. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system checks to ensure all equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
4. Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to support system upgrades, repairs, and infrastructure improvements.
5. Maintain technical documentation, monitoring reports, and assist in ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
