HUMAN RESOURCES - RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team in implementing safety, health, and environmental procedures across the resort.
2. Support the team in conducting risk assessments and routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Assist in incident reporting processes and maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
4. Support safety awareness initiatives and training activities for team members to promote a safe working environment.
5. Help maintain and organize EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records.
6. Collaborate with different departments to promote safety practices and environmental awareness throughout the resort.
7. Perform other related duties assigned within the Human Resources and EHS functions.
