The Automotive Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales through showroom engagement and digital channels. The role focuses on converting customer inquiries into sales by delivering a professional, responsive, and customer-focused experience aligned with the Chery brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist showroom and walk-in customers in a professional and timely manner
• Manage and respond to digital leads from WhatsApp, social media platforms, and online inquiries
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
• Identify customer needs through effective consultation
• Present and demonstrate Chery vehicles, including features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and technology
• Provide accurate pricing, financing options, and promotions
• Maintain continuous communication with customers across digital and in-person channels
• Record and track all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
• Stay updated on products, competitors, and market trends
• Ensure showroom vehicles are properly displayed and ready for presentation
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Success Criteria
• Achieves or exceeds assigned monthly vehicle sales targets
• Responds to all customer inquiries (digital and walk-in) within defined time standards

Requirements Education:
• College graduate from a recognized/reputable institution
Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales within Qatar
