Brief Job Description:


The HR Operations Officer will support the delivery of HR operational services across PUE and serve as a focal point for employees and school staff on HR-related matters. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Serve as a focal point for PUE HR Operations and respond to employee and school staff inquiries, providing guidance and clarification on HR services.
  2. Support recruitment activities and coordinate the onboarding of new employees.
  3. Assist with employee administrative processes, including document authentication, visas, residence permits, medical examinations, police clearances, staff IDs, health insurance, and other related requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and support the preparation of HR data and management reports.
  5. Support attendance monitoring, payroll reviews, pay adjustments, and employee-related administrative processes.
  6. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners, including travel, accommodation, transportation, and orientation arrangements.
  7. Support end-of-service processes and ensure completion of required employee exit formalities.
  8. Assist in the development, review, and implementation of PUE HR policies and procedures.
  9. Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, appeals, and other complex HR matters.
  10. Coordinate HR awareness, induction, and employee engagement sessions.
  11. Support continuous improvement of HR Operations services through employee feedback and process review.
  12. Maintain effective communication with employees, candidates, management, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies, procedures, organizational values, and relevant legal requirements.
