Alt DRX Markets Technology LLC (“Alt DRX”) is a B2B SaaS Platform & a Licensed Token Service Provider for Banks & Asset Owners to offer white-labelled Shariah Compliant Tokenization Marketplaces. Alt DRX brings the entire technology stack required to launch and operate these marketplaces, liaising closely with banking partners to ensure seamless deployment, regulatory alignment, and go-live readiness. In parallel, Alt DRX partners with Real Estate asset owners to tokenize their assets and list them on the white-labelled platform, enabling end-to-end digital asset offerings for its partners. Alt DRX India is a funded startup operating a Digital Real Estate Marketplace for Indians to Buy & Sell Tokenized Housing Assets, 1 SQFT at a time Powered by Algorithmic pricing, Instant settlements & Blockchain ledgers. Alt DRX has a Regulations first approach and is a part of IFSCA's Sandbox. (IFSCA is India’s unified financial services regulator @ GIFT City.) About the Role Alt DRX is launching its white-labelled tokenization platform with banking partners in Qatar, a first-of-its-kind product in the market, enabling financial institutions to offer tokenized assets through its own branded marketplace. The candidate will operate at the center of this go-live, assisting in coordination between Banks, Asset Owners, Internal Product and Technology teams, and Regulators, while supporting in expansion across the GCC. This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the full lifecycle of a market-first product launch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-Live Execution: Assist in coordinating end-to-end between bank representatives, asset owners, and internal teams to launch the white labelled tokenization platform, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
2. Regulatory Engagement: Support engagement with regulators, tracking compliance requirements and monitoring obligations for a first-to-market product where frameworks are still taking shape.
3. Project Management: Assist in managing project plans across multiple parallel workstreams such as maintaining status trackers, flagging risks, supporting escalations, and ensuring stakeholder follow-through.
4. Client & Partner Coordination: Support day-to-day coordination with banking partners and asset owners, including real estate developers, assisting in communication management, resolving blockers, onboarding assets for listing, and channeling feedback into product iteration.
5. GCC Expansion Support: Assist business development efforts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including market research, partner and developer meetings, and on-ground support requiring regional travel.
Candidate Requirements
1. Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field; 0–2 years of professional experience.
2. Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills is a must.
3. Willing and able to travel frequently across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia).
4. Enterprising and confident, with the maturity to engage senior banking, real estate, and regulatory stakeholders, and comfortable operating where the playbook is being written in real time.
5. Strong organisational and project coordination skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Exposure to fintech, banking, real estate, or digital assets is a plus, not a requirement.
