Description

  1. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware, including servers.
  2. Help design and maintain LANs and wireless networks.
  3. Provide technical support for notebook and desktop computers, printers, projectors, PA systems, audiovisual equipment, video conference systems, telephony systems, LCD screens, smart boards, document projectors, etc., to ensure their availability for use.
  4. Manage & maintain inventory of technology assets.
  5. Draft procedural documentation and documentation updates to ensure that IT troubleshooting experiences are documented and easily accessible for future reference.
  6. Manage data backups, create image backups, and load operating systems, install software and effect data transfers, and verify the integrity of backup data.
  7. Develop procedures to provide support and maintenance for the telephone system, and the networking system in coordination with IT.
  8. Maintain and update solution design documentation and architectural diagrams based on operational changes and project implementations.
  9. Coordinate between IT regarding implementation of general system security procedures.
  10. Collaborate with the IT Operations team to develop architecture frameworks, technology platforms, designs, strategy, technology selection, and business cases.
  11. Handle complex technical situations effectively, prioritizing and executing tasks in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  12. Ensure tasks are delivered on time and adhere to deadlines.
  13. Work with minimal supervision on technical projects or assignments.
  14. Take responsibility and accountability for decisions, providing clear rationale.
  15. Coordinate between IT regarding software upgrades and hardware requirements.
  16. Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
