Operational:

• Support daily operations of sand and washed sand plants to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

• Monitor production activities, equipment performance, and material flow to support output targets and quality requirements.

• Assist in coordinating weighbridge, site, and operational activities to ensure accurate production and dispatch records.

• Liaise with customers and suppliers at site level and ensure compliance with Al-Awalia operational and safety standards.

• Coordinate with head office departments and other sites for operational, technical, and logistical requirements.

• Support implementation of quality, health & safety, environmental, information security, and business continuity policies.

• Assist in identifying operational issues and propose improvement actions under supervision.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, logs, and basic performance data.

• Support inspections, audits, and site assessments as required.

• Perform any other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the Sand Operations Senior Manager in accordance with business requirements.

Coordinate with site staff and operators to ensure adherence to operational instructions and safety procedures.

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work culture at site.
