Description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Fresh Graduate Technology Analyst to join our Technology team. The successful candidate will support IT operations, digital transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and technology projects while gaining exposure to various technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in supporting business applications, systems, and technology platforms.
  2. Participate in technology projects, testing, and system implementation activities.
  3. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
  4. Help analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
  5. Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and user guides.
  6. Monitor system performance and support process improvement initiatives.
